We will be meeting for 12 consecutive Tuesday nights from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. We will be learning Section II of the original long form of Ch'ang style Tai-Chi Ch'uan.

The next Intermediate Class begins July 1, 2008. The cost is $99 per 6 weeks, payable on week 1 and week 7. A DVD of Section II ($39.95) is included in the total cost of the course.

The cost also includes four "open gym" classes at Ho-I during the 12 week period which can be used as make-up classes. See schedule

Students will also continue their development of a foundation in Temple Style T'ai Chi Ch'uan; a system that, before this generation, was never taught to the public. Temple Style basics familiarize the student with the postures and breathing exercises which are the precursor to learning Chi Kung. Chi Kung is the source of the internal power of T'ai Chi. Additionally, classes will include exposure to the self-defense methods of T'ai Chi which include the principles of attaching, absorbing, re-directing, and pushing or rolling hands.
